So I am working on the wish list for my "new to me" low mile, 02, 5spd, GT, vert. My goal is really fun cruiser, to catch eyes at local shows with some personal touches and have a little extra umph. Among my list is a set of Steeda billet steel LCA's. I am planning on a few basic bolt on's plus a tune so I anticipate RWHP around 250ish. "B" springs will help her squat a bit and I was hoping the LCA's would help knock a tenth or 2 off my 0-60 time with good summer tires. Is this to much to expect from them with this light of a mod list? Thanks in advanced all, look forward to hearing your answers.

When i installed my upper and lower control arms,i did notice it felt better in the corners.Installing frame connectors,in my opinion,is a good mod that works well.

I have the cheaper tubular pnes from Summit and I noticed a difference right off the bat. Rear end is a lot more stable, tighter, and cornering did improve as well.

thanks for the replies

So, it does sound like it is worth putting the LCA's on when I do my springs. Thanks all

07 you mentioned that you got rid of the quad shocks, I have read a lot of guys doing this, would it hurt (cause binding) if I left mine in place after upgrade? I am thinking if there is no binding caused, it could only help.

Also, has anyone run the Steeda steel LCA's for 99-04? I have seen a lot of posts about how happy those who purchased the aluminum ones are but can't find anything on the steel ones. My budget is only going to stretch as far as the steel one's if I do this. I can only imaging they are the same only a little heavier than the alums. Any feedback would be great.
