window adjustment

Window & Convertable Top

I too have a 2000 GT Convertable Mustang, and have noticed that the passenger window does not seal correctly. If you shut the door by using your hand on the upper left hand corner of the window it closes. When you roll down the window it doesn't seal right.

Does the top need adjusted or the window...?

I believe my father also had this problem with a 00 Vert but he had it fixed under warranty, so I'm not sure what the dealership did to fix it.
