Today I was securing things in the yard for the upcoming Hurricane/Tropical Storm Sandy that is suppose to hit where I live around 1 AM. I arranged mine, my dads, and my moms mustangs in the driveway close to the fence and as far away from the nearest tree as possible as we do not have a garage.
I decided to take the car cover off of my car because it has a habbit of blowing off in normal thunderstorms and I didn't want to risk it blowing away in this storm (it's not even water proof so it doesn't really matter too much).
I want to get new window weather strips that go from the backside of the window around to the top and end at the front of the window (go from mirror around to door handle). I want new ones because the ones I have found at junk yards are cracked and pretty much worthless.
So far I can not find any sites that sell the weathering strips, and American Muscle (where I get most of my parts from) only sells the bottom inside/outside weather strip for the door window.
Also; I don't need them right away or anytime soon, I used several layers of painters tape to seal my car up good for the storm:bigthumbsup:heha:, but the storm made me realize now that I am doing serious work on my interior I should probably seal it up good.
