Wire Assembly Interfering with Clutch Engagement on Mustang GT

Hello, I recently purchased a '19 Mustang GT. I had it serviced last week to address an open recall dealing with the transmission. I didn't notice it immediately but later noticed that a group of wires had dislodged from above the pedal area and now clips my foot every time I engage the clutch pedal. I've tried placing the wire assembly up in the compartment above the pedals (behind the kick panel) and below the steering wheel but they do not stay. Does anyone have any idea what these wires are meant to be. Sorry in advance for the picture, it's not the best angle and I can provide others if needed.

I would take it back to the dealer, look"s like they did a repair or inspection, and didn"t put things back properly

The part that's hanging down says it's a "module assembly smart data link connection" on it. I don't know exactly what it's used for but I wonder if that's a plug in testing module of some kind or if it's a normal part of the car. If they used it for diagnostics maybe they forgot to unplug it. If it's part of the car's electronics then I also would guess that they just didn't put it back where it's supposed to go and secure it.

Uhhmmm yeah. Your OBD-II harness ain't plugged into the back of the socket.

Also, that add-a-fuse circled in red. That ain't OEM wiring. Find out what that is, because that is undoubtedly a related problem
