Wiring Fog Lights in a 1966 Mustang

I guess when I changed the carpet in my 66 that I disconnected the Fog lights. I have a grey wire that goes from the switch under the dash but it does not terminate (plug into) anything. When i hit the switch, the brake and interior lights come on.... its just the front lights that do not work.

Can someone tell me how or where this plug is supposed to go? Thanks

Hello.:) The grey wire is the one that's supposed to go through the firewall and plug into the wire that actually goes to the fog lights. I have the entire system diagramed in a way that is pretty easy to follow on my blog. Just click on the little house thingy that is by my post count and type Fog lights into the search there and it will come up near the bottom of the page. Hope that helps.:)

Thanks Veronica! You always come through with very good information. I read threads that you write just to see what you have to say and to learn more about these ponies.

You, Montana Stang, .boB, The Greek and a few others make this site the BEST MUSTANG HELPER ever. The activity from all makes this site exciting and keeps me coming back to learn everyday. Thanks again.
