car starts and runs fine for 20 -30 minutes then dies and wont restart acts as if battery is dead - replaced starter, relay,voltage regulator, alternator and ground wire.... Help I am at a complete loss

When you say starter relay , do you mean solenoid ? because that's what it sounds like could be your problem if you haven't replaced it

This could be it - especially with a lot of these new solenoids - they are junk.
I had the same thing happen on my Ranchero - I got a $15 solenoid and replaced the $5 one from Autozone and it too care of the problem.
