I was considering the X-Charger for my fully stock automatic 2005 v6 mustang. I was wondering is there anything I also need to replace so it can handle the extra horsepower like a new 8.8 rear end, suspension, or something similar?

If you don't go crazy on boost you will be fine completely stock. You might want to look into the LCA's and Rear end, you may also want to look at a better clutch, an aluminum driveshaft and maybe better heads and a cam.

Some form of limited slip differential is a big help getting that new extra power to the ground. Not "required", but it sure complements the "X"
