I know there are plenty of these videos, but just loved the sound so much I thought I would share. I'm sure there are 2 or 3 people out there considering GT500s that might appreciate it.

Hey, I appreciate it and I already have them! :bigthumbsup

You might find they even get a little bit better sounding in time too.

Nice car, BTW. :yup:
An o/r mid pipe will really liven them babies up!

Thought about that, but I have had stock, American thunder series Flows , Hushpower series flows and now GT500s. and I kinda dig the quietness of the GT500s. I may remove the resonators if I can find a shop that can weld worth a crap. I've had so many piss poor welding incidents with other mustangs. Anyway this is the first of 7 mustangs that I have owned that I couldn't just throw a set of flowmasters on and call it a day. These motors sound weird. Thats probably why the girl at AM said "wow those are popular axlebacks" when I called and asked if they were in stock.

That sounds very nice. I for one appreciate the video. I will be purchasing these for mine and love to hear them as many times as possible before I do.

Thanks for sharing
Sounds sweet. I have the same.
+1 they do sound weird......... GT500's are definitely the best though. I love mine. Perfect rumble at idle, loudness when WOT and quiet on the highway :)
I appreciate it. I'm really leaning towards buying these for my car. I think they sound great. The only thing that worries me is people constantly say they are "quiet".

Not quiet when you mat it, just quiet in 6th at highway speeds. That is a quality you will most surely appreciate. You can always remove the resonators, I might do that. I'm going to wait to see how loud they get, everyone says they get louder when you put a few miles on them.

Oh and side note for those planning to order these. I got the idea from others on here,Paint the muffler bodies matte black with high temperature engine paint. It looks way better than the silver "stock looking" mufflers hanging down.
