Nothing is too unreasonable when it comes to dream cars, that's why they're 'dream' cars, therefore my top 5 would be (not necessarily in this order)...

1) Ferrari F430 Coupe/Spider
2) Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster
3) Porsche Carrera GT
4) Pagani Zonda F/Roadster
5) Ferrari 360 Spider

Other notables..

Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari Enzo/F40/F50/355, Lamborghini Diablo 6.0/1999 Diablo VT Roadster, Aston Martin Vanquish/DB7 Vantage, Mercedes SL55/SLR, McLaren F1 and any Porsche 911 would be awesome, as far as Mustang goes a 1967 black fastback would be amazing, and of course Elenore or perhaps a black 2006 GT coupe :)

It would have to be the 69 Javelin with the 390.

If you could have one dream car ( within reason , so long Enzo , Duesenberg & Buggati Veyron )

Since I could never afford the Original , I'd settle for a 1971 426 Hemi Cuda Convertible Clone , Yellow with Black top black interior , Black Billboards , Shaker Hood , Ralley Dash , Pistol Grip four speed , Go Wing , Fog Lights plus any & all period options possible . As that particular clone cost in excess of 6 figures , It makes the Tungsten GT seem like a damn bargain .
IF it was custom , I'd do a Metal Flake Candy Apple , with White Interior with red piping on the seats , White Top & painted pearl white Billboards.

So anyway , post away . Would love to hear what everyones ultimate dream ride is.

Out of price range Runner Ups

68 GT500KR Convertible
GT40 Mk4
67 Stingray Convertible 427
69 Boss 429
The Batmobile!

well, id have to say without a shadow of a doubt, the 1961 Ferrari 250 GT California Spyder from the movie Ferris Bullers Day Off.
"Yes, it is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up."

Pfeh.

Ford GT would suit me just fine. Finer than fine. Badass look and retro styling with great big cajones!

The "60-second spot" is the best :) Sounds like a muscle car and runs like a Ferrari.

The 67 Fastback seems to be popular with a lot of us. The 390, 4speed, in Blue with White stripes would be my pick. I almost bought one in 1970 but Dad didn't think a 20 year old needed a 390. With unlimited funds I'd buy the McLaren F1.

Gosh, with unlimited funds there are so many to choose from:
The Ford GT, Saleen S-7, Maseratti MC12, Pagani Zonda C12, Lamborghini Gallardo, but I'd be affraid to drive any of them around town, so what's the point. So I guess my overall favorite car, that I'd actually drive, would be the Ferrari 328GTS. To me the lines of that car just come together like nothing else.
