I have zero compression on my motor right now. What are the top things that i need to check? Oh by the way someone did some motor work on the car such as cam, new rockers and pushrods. Could it be because the pushrods are not long enough or too long? or maybe rockers are down too tight?

Zero compression could be the valves are being held open. Or you have no piston rings. LOL.

Things to check are PR length and lifter preload for staters.

You could have way over tightened the rocker arms, or the pushrods could be too long. If you have zero compression on all cylinders then it would lead me to believe that it's not the piston rings, cus what's the chance they would all disappear at once. If you have zero compression on some cylinders, you might want to check the timing chain.

Just out of curiosity, are you sure the compression tester you're using works?

The #1 reason for no compression is overtightened rockers. Next would be wrong length pushrods.
