Hello everyone got a few quick question so I bought a 2001 Ford Mustang GT about a month a go. Drove it around for a couple weeks then at the store one day and it clicks and won't turn over. It would clutch start if I popped it. So fast forward and I've replaced the starter, starter relay, the CSS (clutch safety switch) , check all my grounds there solid and still nothing. Try to jump the car with a jump box nothing all the fuses are good as well. I get a click and that's it. I have a bump tester for the starter and it will start right up with the bump tester. any ideas I've chased wiring and nothing seems cut or damaged.. The car ran fine before would turn over no issue all my lights come on on the dash gauges all work idk 😅

I am completely lost on what the issue could be. It's a 5 speed. Please help lol I would be really appreciate it.

Your starter seems to be working if it starts with the "bump tester". A bad main ground cable connection or starter power cable connection is a prime suspect.
It may be a bad ignition switch: 2001 FORD MUSTANG 4.6L V8 SOHC Ignition Starter Switch | RockAuto
If you were getting no engagement of the ignition switch at all then I would say it could be the ignition switch actuator rod but you are getting engagement of the switch since the ignition itself is coming on. The little metal pin on the actuator is known to sometimes come dislodged and will not engage the ignition switch but this doesn't seem to be the problem in your case:

You should trace back thru the ignition circuit to see where the voltage stops flowing to the starter solenoid from the ignition switch with a voltage tester.

I've got the same thing going on. New computer, new starter, new fuel pump, new fuel pump brain and fan speed management gizmo, new throttle position sensor, new and fully-charged battery, new battery cable terminals, update ALL harness connections, new ignition switch, tested all fuses and relays. I even swapped them out with some from another working car! Nothing: turn key, dash lights go out! Nothing!

Perhaps you should consider starting a thread, and requesting some assistance.
