93 fox 5.0, looking to replace the fuel filter, ive heard that you need to turn off the inertia switch before doing so. with that being said where is located? or is true that i could just unplug the battery and go for it?

just unhook the battery and pop the clips out with a flat head

I like to stick Vacuum caps on the old filter so it doesnt leak fuel down my arms.
