Not sure if it been posted here but Roush now has a new installtion center for upgrades, from interiors to motors. I have a '07' 427R and was looking at the new 540 Hammer. That come with all forged internal, rods, crank and pistons. dealer wanted too much but called the installation center. For 15K they swap your short block and blower out, upgrade the clutch. Sounds like a bunch but only takes five days for them to send you out the door with a 540-600 HP car that you like with the full Roush warrenty.

I know, just getting too old to crawl over and under a car much anymore. Guess I'd just rather pay to have it done right the first time. with the warrenty. I have other projects to tackle on my own. You live anywhere close to the Blackwell Forest Preserve in DuPage Co?

im not sure about all the ends and outs of that particular install but to have my shortblock put in was about 3k labor and 3k motor. throw in a hefty clutch and a tune and i was out the door around 7k. now i dont know the price on that blower but i would assume you could just get a different pulley on your own and be all set. 15k just seems too high.

Is that the same as what is in the Roush P51?

They call it a "Roushcharger" but it is the TVS 2300.

I believe The P-51 comes with the TVS supercharger, which puts out a bit more power than the Rouscharger. But still, 15k is not a bad deal for a forged shortblock and sc install.
Dave is correct...they call them all Roushchargers, but one is an Eaton M90 and one is the TVS. They call the TVS the Roushcharger R2300, they call the M90 just "Roushcharger".

M90 is 90 cubic inches displacement (1.47 liters) and the TVS is 2.3 liters displacement (140 cubic inches).

The forged setups use the TVS and run around 15PSI.

TVS FTW!
