Wow!!! Over $1400 to replace the dash panel just for a bad scratch. Don't know if you would want to or not but I put a beautiful satin dash kit in mine that very closely matches the satin finish that comes in the premium models. It should cover your scratch at a cost of about $250 or less for a complete kit covering the length of the dash, the radio and side bars down to the councel, plus door handle plates and even a couple of pieces I never used. Plus they come in a variety of styles and finishes to please the owner. Check it out man.

That's the retail price if you were to order it from your local dealer.where did you find it for sale?
Yeah my buddy's shoe was the culprit in this one ive decided that im just gonna leave it for now and if i still have the car when it becomes a classic then ill just restore it.Do you have any pics of the scratch? Some of this interior is like butter. My center console around the cup holder was scratched by my wife's nails

I don't know what Linky is. When I decided to do a dash kit I just did a search on 06 Mustang dash kits and waded through all the results. It was quite a while ago and I can't remember if I bought it off ebay or possibly SSinserts. I can tell you that it is awesome and brings many compliments. The panel that goes over the glovebox has Mustang stamped in it, which I carefully filled with black acrillic art paint. It looks factory. So much so in fact that my neighbor, a service manager for a local Ford dealership, told me my car was the first one he saw come through with all the dash trim like mine. When I told him it was a kit and I did it myself he did a jaw drop you wouldn't believe.Which kit is this? Linky?![]()
