Its a 2006 v6 4.0L automatic, but yeah ive been trying to find some line like that but i just cant find anything, at the same time its difficult trying to find anything with the seats in the way, i think i just need more time to find a line like that, other than that what else could it be

There are no vacuum lines that control the vent modes. There are 4 mode actuators located under the dash and are known for stripping the plastic worm gear or reduction gear. 1 on on the drivers side and 3 on the passenger side. Most of them are a pain to replace. The driver side one which controls the panel/floor is extremely difficult. The defrost one isn't too hard but a pain none the less. I've had to replace 3 of the 4 so far. Use only Ford genuine parts. The aftermarket units (Dorman) don't last. Ford made improvements.
Blend & Inlet door part# YH1865
Panel/Floor part#YH1869
Defrost part#YH1870
I bought my last units from Rockauto.com.

I took apart that actuator but it doesnt seem to be broken or in bad condition, i dont want to buy anything then it not be the fix, my ac/fan is stuck on defrost, when i switch it to any other mode i can hear the fan blow harder like on max ac and changing the temperature still works, are you sure this is the one i have to change?

Ok so nevermind my last reply, i changed out the defrost actuator but now the air only comes out the leg fan, i think i messed up when i did the calibration so that could be it

Itll blow air out the front vents but once i set it to any other fan itll get stuck on legs no matter which i choose
