Skip shift is eliminated upon request. It's a drop-down menu on our tune submission form if you want it removed.
 
I had to load the street tune in my car because only 91 octane was available when I went out of town last weekend. I usually run the 93 race.

I can not feel any difference between the street tune (91 octane) or race tune (93 octane) in my car. I am not sure how you feel 10-15 hp difference in a 3600 lb car.

No hp change but you will feel the throttle change.

The horsepower gains are very minimal between those two particular tunes. It's throttle response and a few other tricks inside the calibration that play with torque and shift the powerband and change driveability.
