The electronic throttle control light usually illuminates when there's an issue with the throttle system somewhere but it's not necessarily something directly with the throttle system. The throttle system includes the throttle body, accelerator pedal, and the wiring in between.
Is the car in limp mode when the light is lit?
How did the mechanic determine that it was the TB and not something else?
Did you scan the car for codes?
The pedal or a bad connection somewhere could just as easily cause the problem. I would imagine that the TPS might even be able to cause the light to come on but I'm not sure about that.

The code that always pops up is p0401 I changed the egr valve before when the p0401 code first popped up and the code still came on after and now after months the electronic throttle light is started coming on after driving so I took it to precision auto care and they checked it for $130 and said itss the throttle body motor when I got back home the only throttle body motor I could find on my mustang by looking up throttle body motor online to order was the one on the side of the throttle body so I replaced it and it's still having the electronic throttle light come on after

Umm, it sounds like you just replaced the TPS(throttle position sensor) and not the TB(throttle body). It seems that you didn't do a very thorough search for the part that you needed to buy.
rockauto: FORD Parts | RockAuto is the go to website for replacement parts. I would probably only buy an original Motorcraft though and sometimes they have Motorcraft parts on there but you might want to also go to an online Ford dealer like Factory OEM Auto Parts & Accessories | TascaParts.com to get real Ford parts at a discount.

I am not sure if the motor is part of the throttle position sensor; or the throttle body? The diagrams on Tascaparts.com might help figure that out.

Replacing he whole throttle body (including the TPS) might be a more complete solution. If you do that, I would also recommend OEM Ford, I've seen a lot of posts about problems with aftermarket throttle bodies.

I think there is a calibration that needs to be done after changing the throttle body and/or TPS, perhaps that could be the cause? Pretty sure there are threads on here with the details of how to do it.

and just to help us out when we read your posts, so we can help you better: if you would use some punctuation and/or line breaks, that would make it easier for us to read and understand

No it wasn't the sensor the sensor is on the other side of the throttle body

After I unhooked the battery for an little bit and then turn it on to the turn on position til it flips and then started it and letted it run 30 mins and after drove it for 25 miles after... the wrench light hasn't came on yet again it just I relearned it this will be the 3rd time hopefully it fixed it...and women can work on cars too a bunch of YouTube videos to help them 🤣 just when I relearned it a few times it still happened

If you did a relearn and it comes back then it's not the cause of the problem. Maybe post a pic of what you replaced or provide a link to the item online.

The engine code that keeps popping up is p0401 I replaced the egr valve when it started popping up and that code still pops up but when the wrench light came on I took it to the mechanics and they done an diagnostic and said it was the throttle body motor and I replaced it after I done the relearn this last time this morning it hasn't popped up the mechanic light hasn't but that p0401 is still
