There doesn't seem to be much info out there on how to install the Limitless Performance turbo kit for our cars, so I figured I would make a post about it to make it easier for anyone else who does this in the future. Also if you're interested in turbocharging your car, this will give you some idea of what it entails.

To start, here are some links that may be of interest:

The kit itself:

My build thread:

The "Boss 227" build thread from Mustang Evo:

Here is what comes in the kit:

A turbo (stock WRX turbo to the left for comparison):

Intercooler and piping:

Wastegates, BOV, etc. (still wrapped up but you get the idea):

Exhaust piping, manifolds, downpipe, etc.:

We'll go more into the inventory later.

Step one: Jack up your car.

The things that need to come off first are as follows:
-Battery
-Battery tray
-Intake
-Midpipe
-Driver's side exhaust manifold
-Front bumper

Step 2: Exhaust Manifolds

The passenger side manifold is re-used (stock or shorty headers are fine) while the drivers side is replaced. Thread the studs into the heads hand tight plus a quarter turn. Position the gasket and manifold in place, and torque to 18-22 ft-lbs. You won't be able to get a torque wrench on there so you're going to have to guestimate.

Step 3: "U-Pipe"
Image

I'm not really sure what to call this so I'm calling it the U pipe because it's somewhat U shaped. The side with the flex joint attaches to the passenger side exhaust manifold and the "bent" side connects to the new manifold on the drivers side using a V band clamp. When done, it should look like this:

Step 4: The Turbo
Image

The turbo connects to the other side of the new manifold using a V band clamp. It should be pretty obvious which way it goes. You may have to re-route a wire or two to keep them from burning up on the hot side of the turbo. A few zip ties should keep them out of the way. This is the only thing I had to re-route:

More to come soon!

Awesome!! I will keep an eye on this thread. Thanks for sharing (even though I don't even own an S197).
