In my opinion. For whatever reason the Grabber Blue is darker in person in lieu of seeing it on the Ford website. I Liked it a lot better in person, but with that being said, I still don't know if it would be my first choice as it is a standout color and I am just a little more of a low key person, but it is a beautiful and stunning color.
This is the only color on the mustangs that I have found to be significantly different in person as opposed to seeing it on the website. Again, justmy opinion.

Did you look at it inside the showroom or outside? The color looks completely different depending on the lighting. And the new Grabber Blue isnt exactly the same as the old either. It doesnt match my 70 mach perfectly but thats ok, It was still my first choice and I had to have it! :laughlitt

Candy Red Metallic seems to do the same thing. It doesn't photograph the same as it looks in person, and it's totally inaccurate on the Ford B & P site

The GB looks different in different light conditions, fluorescent vs sunlight, low light vs bright sun. It wasn't my first choice, but I let my wife have lots of input, and she INSISTED on GB. That said, it has really grown on me. It seems to be a color some love, some hate, but it definitely gets attention! I had some slight color matching issues when I got my body kit painted, the painter had to ask for help from a shop with color matching equipment. It was subtle, but noticeable. He is a Ford dealer body man, his theory was that Ford may have changed paint vendors during production? I love my GB!

The car was outside in the open sunshine. It was next to the Kona Blue Mustang. They were both beautiful cars. Now the Kona looked the same as it did on the website to me.

I think that is why some of the body part vendors don't pre-paint CRM parts, but will all others.

When I heard that ford was going to re-issue that color again, I was kinda bummed. Now my car is not so unique.. When I first looked into purchasing my Mach One, I said yuck to the color.. It really grows on you and now I love It. Personally I think ford should of put some matte black on the hoods of the new models..

For me, Grabber Blue was the only choice. I absolutely love the color. I always see Mustangs in Black, White and Red and I wanted to be a little different. It does seem to change colors in different lights and conditions and it does get attention. If you are wanting to be low-key, then this is not the color for you.

I saw the Grabber Blue and knew what color I was getting.

I like them both, but the Grabber won out

Judging colors is really hard. Your perception of these colors varies tremendously depending on the light and even the setting. The best way to judge is to go look at the car in natural light (typical daylight for where you live) and not in a show room or artificial light. Forget about trying to accurately judge the color on a website or magazine print. Another part of the puzzle is of what kind of "message" if any you want to convey with your choice...

Grabber blue consistently looks good regardless of the light. Artificial light from parking lots at night make GB look even betterl.

Now in reference to kona blue, the picture taken does not even portray kona blue in a positive light.
