Does anyone have any experience with the H13 LED headlight bulb in the attached photo? It can also be viewed on ebay at:

Headlight High Low Beam 3200LUMEN White 6500K CREE MTG2 High Power 9008 H13 LED | eBay

When I bought my car in August, the previous owner had already installed new headlights with dark lenses. They look great but my night lights really suck. I had HID before and don't really want them for this car so I'm trying the LEDs. Appreciate any info. Thanks.

I can't tell who makes them. $90 for the pair seems very cheap to me for LED bulbs like this, leading me to suspect that either they're not that bright, or they won't last. If they were made by a company known for good LED's and bulbs in general, I'd be more inclined to trust the cheap price and try a set. If they're instead made by "unknown-company-X" I'd be inclined to say "as seen on TV gimmick."

Just received a set of LED headlight bulbs from Late Model Resto. Haven't installed them yet.

I think the ad is implying that they are made by Cree, a company which does have a good reputation. I'd be sure to confirm this with the seller before buying, though. I'd also like to see an independent review to make sure they are bright enough, and that the beam pattern is good.

Thinking about what I'd like to see under the tree this Christmas, I await your review on the output performance of these LED bulbs you got from LateModelRestorations.com*.

(H13 LED BULB KIT #LRS-H13 LED)?

*BTW I see they're offering a 'full' 4-LED setup for the front of the S197 GT. These LED bases apparently have the cooling 'fans' with filter screens built into them...

LED headlight bulbs are not known to be the brightest of the bunch. Especially dealing with tinted headlights...I wouldn't expect them to out shine HIDs. AND if they do...good for them.

I bought the LED kit for the headlamps and fog lights from LMR. What a difference, especially when you kick on the fog lamps. I've had my car since 2007 and I've ALWAYS driven with the headlights and fog lights at night. I've always felt like I couldn't see, especially on a dark road without street lights.

I've read about HID kits, didn't really want to do a projector conversion. Long story short, I'm extremely please. Literally plug and play.

As far as the eBay kit goes, be careful. I ordered a seperate set from aliexpress, which is the same kit you have pictured. The seller sent me a set for I don't know what size bulb, but it isn't an h13.

LMR's kit isn't too pricy and your fog lights color will match your headlights, if you care about that sort of thing.

I'll edit this and post pictures in a little bit, don't have the pictures on my iPad...

The LMR LED headlights do not even come close to HID output. Plus one died after only 5 minutes run time. Nothing but more Chinese-made Crap.

Ended up putting Sylvania Silverstar zXe bulbs in. Noticeable difference in output over the regular Silverstars
