dude thats sweet im bout to get it

I think the V6 front end looks better then the GT, but that's just me. This is a sweet kit if you're looking for fog lights, but don't wanna go the GT conversion route.

Agreed that it's a sweet looking kit, saw it pop up last night after I ordered my cold air intake. I want it, but I'm on a budget and won't be able to get it until a month from now! :(

That kit looks exactly like the stock ones that came on my 2010 V6. As of right now, this is the ONLY option for V6 lower fog lights that I know of (besides the Ford ones).

I've looked into options for putting the bigger fog lights in the upper grille as well, and nothing's out there yet for the 2010s. Our grilles are NOT the same size as the GTs so you can't just order the GT grille and expect that to work.

I do like the lower fog light better (like the ones you linked to and the ones that came on my V6), but I'd still like to get two more fog lights going. Simulated Daylight!

I just received this kit, I purchased it off of ebay, I must say that the kit looks really nice and very complete, the instructions are clear, it looks like it will be really easy to install.
I will be installing it this week and I will post how the installation goes.

i think it goes back to when shelby was racing. his gt350's had the ginormous grille lights and it carried over to the street. i never thought they looked that great, and should have just been an option on the 05 and up gt. the 2010 v6 has a much better looking front end than the gt, it looks too stuffed, not to mention the stifled air flow.:bigthumbsup

Well, I installed the kit with the help of a friend. The instructions are pretty clear on how to do it, just make sure you take your time so you don't scratch the finish on anything.

The one thing that was kind of confusing though was the installation of the switch in the dash. It said in the instructions that there is a screw but you do not have to remove it. After prying the panels as it said, it became clear that there is a screw holding in a corner of the headlight switch. We had to remove that screw to get the panel out. Getting the hole right for the switch takes some time so be patient and go slow on making the hole.

That was probably the most time consuming part of the install.
I really like the way the new lights work, make sure you don't put the bottom cover back on before adjusting the new lights.
Here is a pic of the finished product :)

I just brought the kit from starkeyproductsinc and can't wait to install it. Any tips on installing this kit before I do it. This is probably the first big install on my car that I'm doing myself and not by the dealer so any tips would be greatly welcomed.

I also will mention that you all should get the $100 Hood Strut kit from CJ Pony Parts. The struts look as if they were meant to come stock on the car. It adds a nice touch to the engine compartment and is funtional. Just make sure if you have a v6 2010 that you get the GT500 brackets instead of the ones they recommend for the v6 2010. The ones they recommend don't fit the hood and you need the flat brackets. Trust me I had to go through the hassle of sending a pair back then calling technical support and getting a new one set out.
