If the SJB is from a car with any different options at all then it likely won't work in the car. Also, be aware that used SJBs from other cars are often also defective.
i know it,but this is identical, other than the paint job;and the car is a running one,of a friend of mine,so the sjb should be working. However, Upfix stated that they won't repair anything, but they offer a cloning service;Autoecm ask me to give them the numbers on the modules by phone, and i try to send them via email(my english is pretty decent i think, but i'm not really confident using it for a phone call)

Also,Auto ECM only gives me the quote for a refurbished and working one..1000$..not for the repair....is there anyone in the world that repair this modules??I'm gettin' discouraged

Please update if the known good used SJB works or not.
What year is your car?
I would avoid Autoecm like the plague if they want $1000 for a "refurbished" one. They aren't even doing anything other than cleaning them since they don't repair the SJBs. Paying $1000 for a cleaned used SJB isn't worth the $.

Sorry for intruding in the post, but i have probably a faulty sjb too..how did you managed to get It fixed,in the end?
Since you've not managed to get anywhere so far and you have no confirmation that the SJB board is truly faulty, I would now suggest pulling the SJB and checking the connectors like I did. Mine had corrosion on some pins and cleaning them and the connectors up solved several issues for me for no $$$ and not much effort.
#YMMV
