I'm going to replace my transmission cooler lines in my 68 mustang, but have a quick question. The car has a 302 from a 71 year model car. Will that have an effect on which lines I need to buy?

What does make a difference is the trans C4 or C6 (most likely you have a C4) and if you have a C6 it depends on whether it is an early or late production car and if if it has the trans from a 71 it could be an FMX, and lastly whether it is an I6 or V8 (and yours is a V8). So you need to identify, exactly what you have, before you order your lines. Probably the lines for a 68,C4 is what you need. Good Luck.
